Policies

Cancellations & No-Shows

We have reserved staff and space just for you. We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. If same-day or no notice is given you could be responsible for partial or total payment of the service and a credit card will be required to hold future appointments.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes early for spa services. If we are running late, the session will last the full scheduled time allotted. If you are late, the session will end within the scheduled time allotted. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is possible we will have to reschedule you with a fee. 

Children

-15 years and younger cannot be left alone in the building.

-10 years and younger, please make child care arrangements while you are receiving services.

Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase and are subject to a 50% store credit toward like products. Any defective products that have been used less than ¼ amount can be returned for a full replacement.

Hair care products that have been used less than 1/4 of amount can be exchanged for a like product.

Parking

Free and convenient on-street, or a private lot is located behind our building.

Substance Policy

We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Sexual Harassment Policy

Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and local checks (with ID) for all services rendered
