Give the gift that will last a lifetime--learn to massage. Balance Hair & Body is offering an introduction to massage class for couples, parents, children and friends. Find someone you can work with and let us show you just how easy and beneficial massage can be for those close to you.
Licensed Massage Therapists from Balance--Morgan Mazzei and Jennifer Godbout --will teach you the basics for your hands, head and neck. The class will be taught completely clothed either in a chair or on a pad on the floor. In just one class you can learn simple skills to help with soreness, tension and headache pain. These are proven, natural techniques that reduce stress and allow the body to heal itself. Be proactive in your health care and learn how you can incorporate the centuries old art of massage into your everyday life.
The class will be taught Wednesday, March 10th at the Brewer Auditorium from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. All you will need to bring is a yoga mat or blanket and a pillow. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring someone to learn and trade with. The price for this class is only $35 per couple and space is limited to 12 couples so that everyone can receive individual attention.
